Since then, there has been a burst of creatively designed museums, hotels, and restaurants that reflect its cosmopolitan vibe. If the architecture isn’t enough to peak your interest, Bilbao boasts over 40 Michelin-starred restaurants, rolling green hills with beautiful scenery and in 2020 it’ll be a host city of one of Europe’s most popular soccer competitions.
